Starting back in the 1960s, Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries have been the most widely used battery for portable applications. Their combination of durability, low cost and size variety is unmatched by any other on the market today. These rechargeable batteries are used in applications where a high current and the ability to survive overcharging are necessary and leave the battery still viable.
Nickel metal hydride batteries, abbreviated to NiMH or Ni-MH, have a chemical reaction on the positive electrode that is similar to that of a nickel cadmium cell (Ni-Cd). The Ni-MH battery have a higher capacity, a longer life cycle and is better for the environment over other battery types. This type generally has two to three times the capacity of an Ni-Cd battery, and the energy density is similar to that of a lithium-ion battery.
1) Hubats high-temperature Nickel batteries can meet 70 ℃, widely used in
emergency lights, miner’s lamp etc
2) Hubats produced excellent high-rate discharge Nickel batteries meet the 10C, widely used in Robots vacuum cleaners, power tools, model car, other model toys/Hobbys etc.
3) Hubats’low self-discharge batteries, fully charged and save 80% power after one year.
4) Hubats produced wide temperature Nickel battery, operating temperature meet -30 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃, can be used in outdoor solar lights desert, wasteland and other harsh environments.
According to IEC standard requirements, the
battery should be at a temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃, humidity of (65 ± 20)% of the storage conditions, general store more than three
months or more, you need to activate once, 0.1C charge 15 hours, rest 10
minutes then use 0.2C discharge to every single battery 1.0V, rest for 10
minutes, 0.2C charging 150 minutes. This can effectively ensure the battery
life. If long-term storage battery, preferably filled with 50% power in advance.
1) Do not overcharge the battery or over-discharge,
2) Do not mix different battery
3) Proper use of positive and negative, prevent battery short circuit
4) battery away from fire
Lithium-ion battery is a secondary battery ( rechargeable batteries ), which mainly rely on the lithium ions’ move between the cathode and the anode. Compared to other rechargeable batteries, lithium -ion batteries has more advantages like high energy density , long cycle life , fast charging ability etc .
Lithium Polymer batteries (abbreviated to Li-Polymer) have a high energy, and are known for their changeable size with light weight. Because the electrolyte is solid, numerous shapes with capacities are available to make according to customers’requirement.
1)18650 3.7V high capacity lithium battery, single battery cell capacity up to 3000Mah, widely used in computers, power bank and a variety of portable electronic devices.
2)18650 3.7V high power lithium battery, single battery cell capacity up to 2400Mah with discharge rate 10C. These batteries are mainly used in power tools, Robot vacuum cleaners, electric smart scooters, electric bicycles.
3) high-rate lithium polymer battery, the maximum discharge rate of lipo battery up to 60C, applied to RC Multicopter ,RC helicopter,RC cars, RC boats.
1) charging the battery according to standard procedures.
2) starting charge When the power is low
3) activation of lithium batteries do not need special methods , in normal
machine will naturally activated the lithium batteries
4) Use a lithium-ion battery we should pay attention to fire and water. when the
machine is not used for a long time , remove the lithium battery to placed them
in a dry and low temperature place to prevent and avoid household accidents .
1. Because of its own characteristics, the ion battery needs to add protective circuit. The protection board is to ensure the safety of the overcharge and discharge state, and to prevent the deterioration of the characteristics.
2. Lithium battery protection circuit is composed of IC and two MOSFET power protection, the protection of IC to monitor the battery voltage to the power switch to the MOSFET plug-in to protect the battery when charging and discharge state, the protection function of IC overcharge protection, over discharge protection and overcurrent / short-circuit protection
